In case of booking of 4 villas for an event (wedding, anniversary, private party, etc.) an extra fee of €400,00 per day for extra cleaning, logistic coordination etc should be agreed.

Payment policies
To secure the booking, a partial payment of 30% of the rent portion of the quote, is due within 7 days of guest confirmation of intention to book.
Payment (plus a refundable damage deposit of €1.000,00) must be fully settled: 30 days prior to arrival.
Tourist tax
€ 1.50 person per night
The above rates are for up to 10 occupants. Normally, there is a minimum stay at this property of 3 nights, but this policy can vary across the different seasons.

Cancellation
If cancelled by 6 months before booking, full deposit will be reimbursed. If cancelled 3 months before booking, 50% of the deposit will be reimbursed and after that the deposit is no longer refundable. Events and bigger groups ( more than one villa rentals) will be considered case-by-case. In case on cancellation after arrival date, the whole rental will be charged.
We recognize that international travel restrictions could be implemented again; we are happy to offer full flexibility for postponement and cancellations.
Rules
- Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged at a cost of 250€/villa if the booking situation permits. Full night charge will be applied after 15:00 (3PM).
- Quiet hours are between 24:00 (00PM) and 8:00 (8AM).
- Parties or events must be approved by the Property Manager and/or staff member must be present during the special events.
- Please, park vehicles in the designated onsite parking area and garages. The Property Manager will direct you to other parking if you have more cars than your villa’s garage holds.
- The properties are non-smoking inside the houses and by pool area. Smoking is permitted on the private outdoor areas. Smoking inside will cost a one-night equivalent charge and will be added to the final invoice.
- Small well behaving pets are welcome, please advise us in advance of your pet joining you and we will get a welcome basket for him.
- Total number of occupants cannot be exceeding the quoted number unless otherwise in advance agreed.
- We recommend that all guests have a valid travel insurance in case of any accidents.
- Swimming pool is not guarded, its use is completely on the responsibility of the guests.
- The wine cabinet is stocked for your enjoyment; at check-out, staff will inventory the cabinets and charges will be made accordingly.
- Any potential damages to the property will be checked at check-out and charged to your account/credit card.
