About the event: Now in its 26th edition, Barbaresco a Tavola has become a favorite of the annual spring events in Piedmont. It’s attended by locals, producers, and visitors who are lucky enough to get a reservation.

Each year, the Enoteca Regionale del Barbaresco presents the latest Barbaresco vintage in collaboration with area restaurants. It offers a unique opportunity to taste, pair, and get to know the latest Barbaresco vintage. This year celebrates the release of the 2016 vintage.

Paired with up to five courses of Piedmont cuisine, the event takes place over three Friday nights showcasing 20 different Barbaresco 2016 wines. Each week the same wines are served at each restaurant. And, a new set of 20 producers is poured weekly. All wines are served blind to allow the taster to experience the vintage without any conditioning. Producer names are revealed at the end of the night.

Reservations must be made directly with participating restaurants (see the Enoteca del Barbaresco website for the list and contact information).
